I went through Avon Park FL in July and again last week, checked
1390 and freq was silent both times. Also went through Sebring (drove
to Big Cypress area on Rte 27) and WJCM still on 960 but was totally
relaying FM signal. These were both on weekend days however.
WJCM is moving so WFLA-970 can raise power.
Can't answer for Tallahassee though. Bob F
