[HCDX]: unidentfied 4950 KHz

On Sundaynight I listened between 22.15 and 23.05 to a station on 4950
KHz playing non-stop music (all songs with female singer) and a small
blanc interval between each song (like listening to a cd) At 23.00 some
small beeps, followed by news (I guess it was in the Spanish Language.
SINPO is so small that I didn't arrive to identifie the station.
Is there somebody who can help me to identify this one ?
