[HCDX]: Special Taiwan broadcast

TAIWAN:

Radio Taipei International has announced a special broadcast on Saturday 10
October for coverage of National Day celebrations in Taiwan from 0100-0400
on 15345 and 9610, for listeners in South East Asia. Special QSLs will be
offered for reception reports on the broadcast, according to RTI's
'Mailbag' program on 4/10.
