[HCDX]: logging: 25870 khz

Today, the 7th of october 1998, just after 1700UTC I heard the WFLA Tampa,
FL feeder in FM narrow on 25.870 khz. Receptionquality was good, even
better than during the last sunspotmaximum. However after about 5 minutes
the signal faded away very fast.
