Sorry for causing confusion with my latest message.
It was a misunderstanding between me and the other DXer.
He did not get that reply from the German Service (as I thought) 
but from the English Wordservice (and that one doesn't issue qsls).

So- no news, nothing to publish ..

Thanks to Marie Lamb, who first assumed, that I mixed up
something.
