[HCDX]: Some unknowns near 5800

Unknown 5802 with electric piano played songs till 1630 when R Tadjikistan 
started program and wiped out signal ,12231 with full MFJ 16010 preamp till not 
 overloading  Observed  yestersday Oct 14 for first time 
Does anyone know which is the station? It seems to me a pirate however 

Also 5795 seems  another  catcher of presumably pirate (s)  heard  on the same 
very low level in most spanish language soem times with arab songs Times may 
vary  from early  15 till lates 2000 Observations  for more than 2 months
