[HCDX]: Offshore broadcast cancelled

I hear that the offshore broadcasts scheduled for this Saturday and Sunday
have been cancelled. It was a German group of offshore supporters trying to
get a ship out from a Dutch harbour and broadcast on 279 (200 W), 1566 and
6210 (90 W) kHz over the weekend. 

I have no further details as to why the whole thing apparently has been
called off.
