RE: [HCDX]: 25950 kHz

There are at least TWO US stations on 25950 -- KIRO has a talk format, 
and "94-7 NRK" in Portland, Oregon has a rock music format; I've been 
hearing the latter lately, fair to weak but steady signal for several 
hours before sunset here.
