[HCDX]: CBM-940 kHz

It is 0239z on Oct 27.  CBF is booming in on 690, CBL is booming in
on 740 but there is absolutely no trace of CBM on 940.  The dominant
here is WMIX Mount Vernon, IL playing Nostalgia.  CBM may well be
gone.
