[HCDX]: Bad links to WHAM9810.ZIP, WHFM9810.ZIP

When I updated  Page 2 of  WHAMLOG, I changed the text referring to the
October updates, but didn't change the link. I see by the counter on the
page, that there have already been quite a few hits.

If you downloaded WHFM9810.ZIP you actually got WHFM9809.ZIP. Ditto for
WHAM98010.ZIP which also linked to the September updates.

I've fixed the problem.

Please accept my apologies and download again.
