[HCDX]: ADMIN: duplicates

Some of you have noticed that there has been duplicates of some emails on
the Hard-Core-DX list. Reason for this is that from somewhere someone is
looping Hard-Core-DX emails back to the list. 

The list is moderated and I should notice things like this and not let
them go to the list but sometimes I am just too busy to notice this.

Oh, and Btw, my server is not NT and never will be:
