180kHz R Rossii, Petropavlovsk, QSL'd by PPC for EE follow-up to Oct '96
report sent four months ago. Also sent them a self-addressed envelope and
US $1-00. V/s illegible and I can't read/understand a handwritten Russian
message on the card. PPC was also stamped with details of the local company
in RR.
