I think a Slinky is 80 feet of wire in that coil.  You can put up
a bunch of them, supporting them with a rope or clothes line running
down the middle.  Wire them together and you can get a great longwire
in less space.  I can get them for about $1.68 at Wal-Mart.  I would
really like to get a whole bunch of them and go on a miniature
DXpedition.

I first tried one when I was in Panama City, Florida.  I got stations
from all over the Caribbean.  Unfortunately, I was there for just a
few days and didn't have a lot of DX time.
