Hola a todos,
I am at our 'MEDI DX' DXP, near Aljezur (Southwest Portugal) and I hear 
yesterday a station on 1590 kHz is Spanish airing the following message:
"...transmite en la frecuencia de 1500 Kc, operada por ???...con la autorización 
de la Dirección de radio y comunicaciones, en Washington DC, T doble P (o 
B)".
Anyone knows this station, or have any further information?

Any help most welcome!
