[HCDX]: Far East 1467,25 kHz?

Can anyone help me with an unidentified station which is now
and then audible on 1467,25 kHz?
This station is from the Far East (Thailand or Indonesia?), 
sounds like a private station, not like the educational Thai stn
on 1467 kHz.  Station is heard only with my Eastern Beverage
when Mone Carlo is off on 1467 kHz around 1830-1957UTC.
