NEWS FLASH!!!
Industry Canada has issued the callsign XL3D in celebration of the 25th
Anniversary of the Ontario DX Association for the period starting at 0000
UTC March 25, 1999 to 2359 UTC April 25, 1999.
XL3D will take the place of VE3ODX as one of the two "10 point" stations in
the 3rd Annual Ontario QSO Party to be held April 24, 1999 at 1800 UTC to
April 25, 1999 at 1800 UTC.
