[HCDX]: ADMIN: delays expected

I will be attending Winter SWL Festival in Kulpsville, PA and will be in east
coast between 3/11 and 3/15/1999. During that time there probably will be
delays approving your contributions to the Hard-Core-DX list. I will have
laptop with me and will be able to do everything needed - but I probably
will use my time away from computers as much as possible. I will try to check
my mails at least once a day.
