Hola a todos,
I discovered something about this broadcaster. They really 
broadcast from Chile, but as some of you suggested, programmes 
are produced from Miami. I had my doubts because of the boosting 
signal at any time, but I could read somewhere that they 
PURCHASED the entire Chilean SW facilities, not merely leased. 
This is different because they will have worked with British 
engineers. Anyway, if you want to get a QSL, the Miami address 
seems to be the suitable one! (as aired o the air).
