[HCDX]: S.O.S. from Argentina

Hello DX-friends! Today I listened a radiostation
no identificated on 11715 KHz.at 1900-2100 UTC.
The signal was very strong and clear. I heard programmes
in arabic and other languages with arabic music.
I didn't know the radiostation listened. 
Can Anybody tell me about the station heard?
