[HCDX]: LRA36 27 - 28 March, 1999 broadcast.

Signal continued at quite a fair level, with SIO of 2-5-3 1/2, using USB,
due to pretty strong het from 15475.  Frequency was very stable, with the
last measurement at 15475.75.  Most of the last 30 minutes was of continous
Argentinian music, without announcements.  At 0102, a male announced that
this had been a transmission for the United States of America.  Couldn't
get all of the talk, but LRA36, from the Argentinian Antarctic Territory
was clearly heard.  Signal peaked on the west coast of north America about
0045.  Almost as exciting as Radio St Helena Day!
