[HCDX]: Brussels via Bonaire

Noted this new transmission of English to North America on 15565 quite
good this afternoon at 0400. Also announced 11840 via Madagascar but
inaudible here, an unid. station in foreign language was dominating that
one.

No sign of B92 or LRA36 here yet :-(
