Hello Karel/Willi-

I've seen 4278.5 khz mentioned as from Florida (sorry- don't remember what
publication I saw it in nor the author). I e-mailed Wayne with a question of
its location in early February, then sent him an e-mail reception report 15
Feb but no written nor e-mail response yet for this freq. Did get standard
QSL letter and also e-mail verification for the other freqs.
