Some time back someone had posted something about a station on 5700.  I
can't seem to find the info.  Possible African on 5700 @ 0300 to 0325 sgn
off.  M/ann with deep voice with talks in French, Occasional African mx
played then to NA at 0323 and off at 0325.  Even with static crashes and
noise floor and missed the ID.  Most of what I heard was above and below the
noise floor in NE USA. Anyone have an idea on this one.
