[HCDX]: Radio Nigeria Ibadan

It's very nice when the (usually rather) crowded 49 mtr band offers some
good DX opportunities. One such is Radio Nigeria - Ibadan - which can be
heard until 2027 UTC with a fine signal on the clear channel of 6049.9 kHz.
It's availably (even stronger) from 2129 till s/off with ID at 2131 UTC.
