This is a partical list taken from the 96 WRTH and hope it might be of some
help

75 kHz    SW at 20 kw 24 hr
77.5 kHz  Germany, 50 kw 24 hr.
162 kHz   Allouis, France 2 million watts 24 hr. except Tue 0100-0500 down
for checks
5 mHz   New Delhi, from 1230-0330 8 kw
10 mHz New Delhi 24 hr. 8 kw
15 mHz  New Delhi 0330-1230  8kw

5 mHz    IAM, Itally running only 1kw from 0730-0830, 1030-1130.  During
summer months one hour earlier.  Time given at 0735, 0750, 0805, 0820, 1035,
1050, 1105, 1120 in slow cw.

There are a couple more mentioned in Europe but mostly on for 30 to 60 min
per day.
