Today, 25/04/99, I had listened Radio Free London on 15070 kHz with a
test transmision from 1013-1036. They announced another test of 3 hours
from  1037-1337. It's telephone number is 07930113430 in London, e-mail:
rflsw@xxxxxxxxx Lots of jingles and music during the transmision
