[HCDX]: Radio Free London on 15069 kHz

During last week I have listened to RFL test broadcast on 15069 kHz in
every day and reception is mainly good in daytime and evening here in
Finland. Modulation is sometimes distorted.  
Just now (at 20.15 UTC, 16th of May 1999) they are still on air on
15069 and 5805 kHz.
