[HCDX]: Reminder 675 kHz 2000-2400 UTC tonight!

Just a reminder that tonight is time for special broadcast from the new NRK
Röst 675 kHz.  Power tonight will be 20 kW, special programme in english
and norwegian.  Special verifications will be available from Radio Norway
International for this broadcast!

Normally NRK Röst will operate 10 kW and // 1314 kHz.
