[HCDX]: Unid ss (MEX ?) station ?

Hello !
After having asked some dx-friends who have better knowledge in spanish, it
seems like I am not the only one thinking that the logg on 1669,5 kHz might
be a mex-station. Anybody, especially in the US, having information about
MEX stations being on air in the extension band ?
