thank you for this very informative answer (BTW I got it twice from you

I try to understand Mr Titov but I think it is a hard work for me. IMHO the 
transmitter site is where the transmitter is erected. Flevo-transmitter is in 
Flevoland and not in Noordwijk-binnen. I don't think twice, my card shows 
'Kishinev' (not: Chisinau). That is the fact and this counts for DXCC, sri. 
EDXC.
