[HCDX]: Africans on 6 MHz

Thank you Mahendra Vaghjee for direct response on
the 6980 Somali, which seems to be VO the People.
Maybe you or someone else have more info about
the following stations:
1) 6817 at 1830 with very distorted signal African (Horn) music
and talks, possibly Somali. Heard May 27 and 28. Unable to
determine exact freq, no real carrier.
2) 6828.3 around 1830 French and hi-life African mx. This is
according to some sources the Congolese (ex-Zaire) RCD rebel
station in Bunia. How goes the ID? Heard here May 27 and 28.
3) 6713.3 Tent. Radio Bukavu logged in Finland by IPA on USB 
closing around 1905. Another rebel-operated station?
  
By the way, Radio Botswana 3356 transmitter seems to have some
problems at times (again) producing a strong signal on 6712. Heard
at 1900 on May 28.

Also on 6985 at 1900 May 27 arabic station most probably Jordania
spur.
