Why not? Are you referring to the performance capability of the K9AY
loop vs. the EWE? Or, are you implying that a single loop by itself
won't function well.

I've never used the EWE, so I can't comment on that, but I believe Jean
Burnell is using a single loop K9AY as opposed to my  duals (two loops
at right angles).
