Right now it's 0245z, 18th July and I'm listening to R Pasteur via SWRS on
21860kHz... I believe this is unscheduled and I am really surprised that
it's making it to NZ on this frequency... there are NO other Europeans
audible on 13mb (maybe no-one else is using this band from there at this
time).
