[HCDX]: UK station on 1611 kHz

Markus Weidner from the Rhine-Main-Radio-Club-DX-Camp reported on a
UNID UK station on 1611 kHz. Heard from 2145 to 0000 UTC wit a max.
SINPO 24222.

Programme consisted of rock and pop music of the 70's and 80's (Eric
Burdon, Brian Adams, etc.) and presented very prefessional. They
announced the frequency 1611 kHz, a snail mail address in London, as
well as an e-mail address. Unfortunately it was impossible for me to
copy one of those addresses, but one part of the e-mail address is
...radio@xxxxxxxxxxx

They announced also a phone number for musical requests: UK 0906
3103883. Another bad luck: It seems, that this number can only be
accessed from UK lines, phoned from Germany +44 906 3103883, earned an
error message, that "this number can't be reached from this line".

Anybody, who can help?
