[HCDX]: SWRS 29 / 7 / 99

Were SWRS on this weekend? The bottom end of the 11 mhz band seemed very
noisy this Sunday, and nothing was noted on 11470 or 21860 khz here in
southern Scotland.

They were supposed to be on according to the email Steve sends out every
week.
