[HCDX]: KAXY 1660 Waco on the air!

I noticed tonight that KAXY (may be identifying themselves as KRZI) 1660 in 
Waco is on the air.  They share a tower with their FM, KEYR 92.9..  I'm still 
not sure when they're going to do their full power overnight test, but I'll 
let you all know.
