[HCDX]: Radio Oman

Radio Oman was audible in English this afternoon from 14.30 to 15.00 UTC on
15140 with excellent signal strength, however with poor modulation only. I
think it's a relay of the English local FM-service. At around 15.00 they
suddenly switched over again to the Arabic program without any
announcements.
