[HCDX]: Address to Germans testing

Hi,
I´m looking for the address to Mega Radio and Talk Radio, but can´t find
it this far. Anyone can help?
Mega Radio 576 and Talk Radio 999 heard testing Sept. 28th.
Mega Radio music non stop (modern pop) and no kind of identification.
Some seconds interval between each title played. Heard at 18.30 UTC.
Talk Radio playing older pop (Daddy Cool, The Shoop Shoop Song a.s.o)
also non stop, but with man calling between each three or four titles,
at 20.00 UTC.
