[HCDX]: QSL IBB Test Tinian/Northern Mariana Islands

Dear hobby friends,

after more than 9 months I sent a f/up to IBB asking politely for information
on qsling for this test transmission. Sent on Oct. 10 via eMail to bw@xxxxxxxx

Bill Whitacre answered immidiately, also via eMail. He told:

and no one has time to do their regular let alone reply to DX reports.

In January 1999 I sent a copy of my report to VOA, but they did not answer 
till
today. I expect IBB-Test Iranawilla/Sri Lanka will be handled in the same way.
