No tough DX, but may be interesting anyway: According to Wolfram Hess in 
today´s DW-DX-Program (German Service), Deutsche Welle will start to use 
25770 kHz in the 11-meterband from October 31. Since no language was 
mentioned, I presume that it will be for the German Service.

Btw: Close to that frequency, on 25870 kHz, WFLA again came through with its 
FM feeder during the past days around 1400 UTC.
