Albania 1260 kHz

Unusually strong signal on 1260 kHz (exactly 1259.91 kHz): S9 + 30 dB.
International pop, non-stop, no ID nor ann. at the full hour.
Later sporadic short announcements in Albanian and IDs: "Autostrada ....
MHz".
"Tirana" mentioned several times. Never heard it that strong before !

On the next morning (Nov 2) nothing unusual, a regular weaker signal // 1089
kHz.
