[HCDX]: Radio Villas

Does anyone know for certain the reason why the signal strength of Radio 
Villas on 4960 kHz is considerably weaker the past thirty 30 than when they 
first went on the air?

They had a dominant signal until late October and then became suddenly weaker 
as if a significant change in power or antenna.
