This is obviously a channel 6 somewhere in the US.  To narrow it down, all 
you need to do is figure out where in the US it was "5:26" and you should be 
able to cut the possible number of channel 6 stations to a half dozen or so.. 
 You'll be able to narrow it down even more if you can then determine which 
stations were airing news at the time and might have used a "live picture" as 
the voice mentioned.
