[HCDX]: VOA 5020 kHz

Hello all,

This morning VOA was noted with English on 5020 kHz, suddenly disappearing
at 05.32 UTC. A beverage antenna beamed towards La Plata gave the best
reception. Any ideas of which station this may be?
