[HCDX]: 1590 UNIDENTIFIED

On the 23rd of December 1999 at 05.45 UTC I tuned to 1590 and logged
Radio Bonita XEVOZ, but also another station playing songs like "Red
Roses for a Blue Lady" and West Side story, announcing in Spanish. No
commercials, no id. Any idea someone?
