Dear DX friends,

I am thinking its the moment to create a free database for  MW, SW,
Clandestine intended for open consulting. Some DXer with enough time and
dedication -not me-
would be in position of doing this. 

You can say, oh yes... he suggests the idea but doesn't work for it. It's
true, an expert or group of experts would be a must in this case, with
enough time and dedication. But considering a) Internet gains terrain day
after day, b)issues of printed lists don't cover every need c) this printed
listings are expensive por Thirld World Dxers d) Every DXer can supply
reliable info better than printed examples. At least there I find four
reasons...
