[HCDX]: bulgaria on 747

Hi,

Is there anybody who can tell me if the Blagoevgrad regional programme is 
still on 747 kHz?

Around 1500 UTC I can hear Bulgaria under Netherlands with a programme, which 
is obviously not the "Horizont" programme. However, I have not yet heard any 
definite ID. Different sources give different information on that frequency. 
I remember having heard Blagoevgrad on 747 in 1993 in the morning.

Any hints?
