[HCDX]: Angola

Yesterday-evening I heard RN Angola op 11954.75 kHz.  Best signal around
1830 UTC. SINPO up to 34333. May clear ID's.  They mentioned also the
address C.P.
1329, Luanda. This corresponds with the data in the WRTH and PWBR.  Has
anybody got a QSL from Angola lately ?
