fair to even good reception at 0132 tune-in, with nonstop Latin music, with
only brief intros, mentioning Cuba, Mexico and Panama.  No English.
Started to fade towards the end.  Believe I heard an ID at 0156.  Off the
air in mid sentence at exactly 0200:00.  Much stronger than I've ever heard
6950.  Worth checking next weekend if they are on again (from 0000 to 0200
UT Sat/Sun)
