[HCDX]: HRMI, Radio Missiones

Hello,
I just got a qsl from HRMI Radio Missiones 5890 kHz (from USA), where
Dr. James K. Plank in a letter tells that the station soon is planning
to use 5  kW on 5890 (now the effect is 360 watt). New transmitters are
also planned within a short future for 25- and 31-meter bands and with
10 kW each.
